As Seven D Wholesale grew, so did its need to centralize purchases of stock and customer direct orders of lumber and structural panels. In order to meet this goal, the family established a "brokerage" office in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Upon assembling a top-notch group of buyers and brokers, sales activity at the location grew exponentially. In a few years, the office was not only purchasing stock for the expanding Seven D distribution centers, but was providing products to large box retailers and multi-location dealers throughout the Southeast, as far west as Texas, and in every Eastern State as far north as Maine.
From initially brokering trucks and rail cars, Deerfield Beach was soon active in the sales of boatload size shipments from Brazil and other foreign importers. Utilizing an extensive system of warehouses, the product line became more diverse and shipment times improved. Seven D of Deerfield Beach opened several satellite offices to handle the influx of customer orders.
